Students ...

Currently
Our top students have earned the Black Dragon Certification with Black Sash, the Apprentice Instructor Certification, the Full Instructor Certification, and the Master Instructor Certification. Some students who are just starting, some have been with us over a year, and up to 9 years. We normally have a small group of students which provides the maximum attention to each student. New students may arrive each month and receive the training the same as everyone else at that time.

Activities

Seminars
About every 6 months we have a seminar. As soon as the weather gets cool or warm enough, we will have our next FREE seminar. The seminars are always FREE. We always have free food like grilled burgers, chicken, and brats. Everyone brings whatever they want, or something to eat or drink if they want too. The seminars will be on the Wing Chun sword and spear applications, and the Baat Chaam Do Fa and Lok Dim Boon Gwan basic and advanced forms. Sword to Sword and Sword to Spear and Spear to Spear applications. Our next seminar will be on October 19, 2024, from 8am to 2pm. It will be on the Wing Chun spear forms and applications.

Outtings
Several times a year we have some type of outting. A birthday or a lunch by the local martial arts store, or Chinese New Year Dinner. These activities are free and student orderers for themselves whatever they want. Could be a pizza party or something else like a hangout after class.

Certifications
Twice a year during the seminars our students may earn a certification every 6 to 12 months depending on elegibility. We have had students earn several different levels up to the Black Dragon Instructor certification. Students may also earn certifications in the Wooden Dummy, and Weapons applications for the Baat Chaam Dao and Lok Dim Boon Gwan. During this time a student may receive gifts or awards from other students or Sifu.
